'Pour-over' coffee - and other single-cup, hand-crafted brews - are the hot new trend in caffeinated beverages

Will pour-overs and these other relatively slow methods of making single cups of joe – tasty as they are -- catch on in Cleveland? “We have a great culinary and microbrewery scenes here. But were not doing coffee as good as we could be,” says Charlie Eisenstat, an attorney who intends to open third-wave Pour Cleveland this fall in downtown’s rehabbed Fifth Street Arcade.
